iPod Battery Replacement Price Cut

Looks like Apple has, in the past day or two, quietly lowered the price of the iPod Battery Replacement Program from $99 to a much friendlier $59:

If your iPod requires service only because the battery’s ability to hold an electrical charge has diminished, Apple will replace your iPod for a service fee of $59, plus $6.95 shipping.

I've certainly noticed that the battery on my year-old iPod mini isn't holding a charge as long as it used to. Man, what with this and the screen scratches, maybe it's just time for me to get a new one? This via Mac Rumors.
